2012 Renewal Application

 

 

The 2012 NSCMLT Renewal deadline is November 30th, 2011.

 

Members who do not renew prior to December 31st, 2011, and wish to hold a 2012 NSCMLT license, must complete and submit the NSCMLT Reinstatement Application.
