Initial Registration Application
first time applicants
for those previously licensed by the NSCMLT and wishing to reinstate after their license has lapsed
Internationally Trained
If you are an Internationally Trained Professional, refer to the current NSCMLT Internationally Trained MLT Policy.
Return to Practice
If you are planning to return to the work force after an absence of more than 5 years, refer to the current NSCMLT Return to Practice Policy.
