All applications are online and you will receive a confirmation email when your application is complete or requires further attention. 

For licensing please allow 2 weeks for processing once all documents and payment are received. To help you with your application process, please refer to the registration policies found under the Registration Policy Tab. 

Please be advised that a license is contingent upon education, training, and demonstrated competencies, irrespective of the job title or responsibilities.

If you are an MLT student applying for an MLA position, you will be required to complete an application as an MLT.

Initial Registration: NSRMLS license to practice, please choose the appropriate tab below.

Registration Application Completion Timeline and Withdrawal

To ensure applications are processed in a timely manner, all registration applications must be completed within eight weeks of submission. 

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all required information, documentation, fees, and other application requirements are submitted within the required timeframe. 

If the applicant does not complete the application, or does not communicate with the Regulator regarding the status of the application, by the end of the eight week period, the application will be withdrawn.
