Form - Change of License Status

You are required to notify NSCMLT if any of the following apply: 

Maternity/paternity leave

Off due to an illness or injury

Leaving the province

Retiring from the profession

Leaving the profession or not employed as an MLT in Nova Scotia

To submit a Notice to the college;

 Please note you must notify NSCMLT and obtain an Active practising license before returning to work as an MLT in Nova Scotia.
