Unprofessional Conduct

Examples of unprofessional misconduct may include, but are not limited to:

  • MLT practice and competency issues
  • Practicing without a license
  • Patient neglect or abuse
  • Patient safety issues
  • Breach of privacy and or confidentiality
  • Theft or deceit
  • Conflict of interest
  • Boundary issues (inappropriate relationship)
  • Co-worker harassment and or bullying
  • Falsifying results
  • Working under the influence of drugs or alcohol that may impair their judgement
