Unprofessional Conduct

Examples of unprofessional misconduct may include, but are not limited to:

CLXT, MLA or MLT practice and competency issues
Practicing without a license
Patient neglect or abuse
Patient safety issues
Breach of privacy and or confidentiality
Theft or deceit
Conflict of interest
Boundary issues (inappropriate relationship)
Co-worker harassment and or bullying
Falsifying results
Working under the influence of drugs or alcohol that may impair their judgement
