All registrants must successfully complete an accredited MLT/MLA program, be deemed equivalent by a prior learning assessment or meet the requirements as outlined by NSCMLT. 

The requirements are reflected in the national competency profile

Applicants are now required to successfully complete a jurispurdence exam. The exam will be assigned to applicants as per the REG.032 Jurisprudence Exam policy. (MLA applicants will be notified at a later date)
